Managing the safety of your staff, when they are overseas requires planning and consideration. When asking staff to travel on behalf of a company as an employer you have not only a moral duty of care, but also a legal duty of care to mitigate all reasonable risks. This course will give you the tools to manage staff safely appropriately through case studies, and scenario-based activities.
The course is designed for those who manage staff and decision makers in an organisation where staff travel internationally. We aim to build a course that is useful to your organisation, with this in mind, we will tailor the course to your needs, the places you currently and plan to travel to. All courses begin with an audit of your current situation, an understanding of your appetite for, and ability to manage risk, as well as a context and risk assessment. We will then build the right course for you.
